The gas lava stone BBQ grill with cabinet is easy to use, featuring a movable splash guard and a grooved grill plate that efficiently directs dripping oil into the collection tray. The grilling surface measures 70 x 42 cm. The grill grate has a 6 mm gap width. Below this, there’s space for about 6 kg of lava stones (included in the scope of delivery). The layer of lava stone creates an even heating surface with uniform heat distribution. This grill reaches temperatures from 50 - 460 °C. Two dials allow you to heat both sides separately for different levels of doneness. You start the gas lava stone grill using electric ignition. The model also has a pilot flame feature. The unit is factory-set for I3B/P(50) gas, which is ideal for many commercial kitchens. Delivery includes two sets of burner nozzles to convert the gas grill to natural gas or LPG.
