With the versatile spiral mixer, the strenuous and time-consuming mixing and kneading of large quantities of dough is a thing of the past. It is also much more hygienic than doing it with your hands with great physical exertion. One cycle takes between 0 and 30 minutes, depending on the pre-set timer. This enables you to produce tasty pizzas as if on an assembly line even during the hectic lunch hour, ensuring that no guest goes home or back to the office hungry.
It's so easy: Just lift the safety guard on the fixed mixer head and put the ingredients into the permanently installed 40 cm mixing bowl. You can place up to 25 kg of flour in the large, 32 L bowl. A light dough made of flour, yeast, salt, water and oil is ready after 10 to 12 minutes. This means that the powerful spiral dough mixer can process up to 88 kg of dough per hour, thanks to the 1,100 W motor. But even heavy doughs with lots of sugar and butter pose no challenge for the spiral mixer machine.
Practical: The safety guard allows you to add additional ingredients during the mixing process without having to turn off the kneading machine. Clean the mixing bowl, the dough hook, the dough breaker, and the safety guard as soon as the dough is ready and has been removed. These high-quality, durable stainless steel components are very easy to clean, as is the device's steel housing. The robust kneading machine stands sturdily on four castors, two of which are equipped with locking brakes. The castors allow you to transport the machine effortlessly.
