Excellent value for money! Good material - Simple and practical to use. Perhaps the only flaw is the lack of a drip catcher supplied.

Delivery ahead of schedule. Good and beautiful product. The only problem that I don't know is that the water doesn't come out very well! Looks like there's something wrong with the hose! It doesn't come out strong! It feels like there's air inside! I don't know how to explain... However I don't consider it a serious problem. I consider myself satisfied.

The product is fantastic and works exactly as it should. Very satisfied and highly recommend it!

Hello, so I purchased this thermos that was listed as unboxed/used with the explanation that it may have minor cosmetic flaws, such as scratches. Unfortunately, I ended up with a used piece that had three fairly significant defects on the shell (bent from the impact of an object) and also a broken part of the plastic leg in the lower part of the thermos. Too bad I can't attach a photo. It doesn't seem entirely fair to me that the product is presented as relatively fine, even though it actually isn't. I understand that it would then be sold at a lower price, but this behavior is not my own and I do not want to support it. I am giving one star for this reason.
