Everything is in perfect order, the devices work well and are used quite intensively.
The product is certainly good and of high quality, but the sales description is reprehensibly misleading. This is by definition not a perculator, but a simple kettle. Have sent an email to Norwegian customer service (ref contact information when ordering), without getting a reply.
Ordered a "Perculator - 19.7 L - 2500 W - Drip Tray - Silver" (Model: RC-WBDW21). This is NOT a perculator, but a simple heating container.
By definition, this is not a perculator, but only a water boiler.
