We saved for a long time for this counter and it exceeded our expectations. It keeps and keeps everything warm, so our customers keep coming back to enjoy our specialties. The only problem is the care. It's best to cover the bottom with some aluminum foil or cloths to catch crumbs because fine dirt gets lost quickly in the device. Coarser crumbs can be easily removed and disposed of in the lower compartment. Otherwise, the counter is easy to clean.
