The free-standing hot-air oven from Royal Catering provides efficient air circulation for fast and even baking, grilling or roasting. The powerful convection oven with 4 levels is particularly suitable for a variety of dishes in restaurants, cafeterias or bistros and increases cooking capacity without wasting valuable space.
The heating element works with 2800 W power, while a convection heating system ensures uniform and fast cooking. The convection also allows you to prepare different dishes in parallel without having to rotate or change the 4 trays have to be rotated or swapped. The combi steamer has a large capacity for this and a thermostat that you can regulate precisely within a range of 50 - 260 °C.
