Additionally, the handle has a very practical design, conceived with your comfort in mind. By pressing the switch on the handle, you set the 500 W engine in motion, which can reach a rotation speed of 6000-18000 RPM. Thus the consistency of the food is easily customisable by simply adjusting the rotation speed to suit your needs. Likewise, the lock and the security switches are conveniently positioned on the handle, where they can be used with ease.
When you press the lock button, the mixing speed is held constant, enabling you to effortlessly stir the ingredients with the 250 mm-long whisk. This way, you can efficiently deal with large amounts of ingredients for long periods of time. The security button prevents unintentional activations of the blender, whose rod is equipped with a very sharp stainless steel blade. Thanks to the 2.2 m long cable, you have the freedom of movement necessary for the preparation of high-quality meals.
The screw closure allows the whisk to be easily removed from the blender and be replaced with other mixing rods (also available at Expondo). As a result, the lock ensures maximum stability and security. Furthermore, the stainless steel rod can be cleaned independly from the rest of the device.

This is a very impressive piece of kit! I need to be whisking multiple products at a time so I purchased this with a spare whisk attachment rather than a large industrial stand mixer. I use it with fermenting buckets. The whisk is powerful but can be turned right down to a gentle whisk too. I love it!

The product is actually perfect for us, unfortunately it always breaks very quickly and we have to send it to be repaired after 3-4 months or order a new one straight away.

This mixer is not very good with heavy products, it stops and you notice that the power of 500W is not implemented well. OK for whipping cream.
