The commercial refrigerator has a capacity of 984 Litres. That way you will have enough space to store your cooled supplies. For optimum use of the interior, a total of 10 inserts are at your disposal, each measuring 55 x 53 cm. You can determine their positions depending on the container dimensions. Whether stockpots, GN containers of different sizes or vacuum sealed sausages, the individual distribution of the storage area ensures that everything only takes as much space as it needs.

The fan integrated in the circulation cooling and the powerful 365 Watts compressor guarantee an even air circulation inside the device. This cooling method ensures that all the food inside the commercial refrigerator are cooled consistently, without thereby fogging up the panes. The Embraco compressor used is particularly energy-efficient, while also generating only a small amount of noise, making it ideal for indoor spaces.

By means of the digital thermostat you can maintain the temperature constant. The temperature can be simply adjusted between 2 and 8 °C via the control panel. This way, you can make sure the settings perfectly suit the food you intend on cooling. The defrost function can also be controlled by means of the control panel, which prevents the fridge from freezing.

In darker environments or at night, the atmospheric LED lighting ensures that this fridge can beautifully integrate itself in any environment. Additionally, the stored goods are easy to recognise regardless of the amount of light outside of the fridge, which makes the selection process easier even before you open the doors.

The two double-glazed hinged doors are easy to open and close thanks to the comfortable handles. Thanks to their insulation properties, the doors reliably keep the cold air inside. Not to mention, hardened glass is particularly robust. Each door has a built-in lock for locking the refrigerator and protecting it from unauthorized access. Four matching keys are included in delivery.
