With the Royal Catering gas griddle, you can whip up sausages, bacon, burgers, vegetables, and toast in no time! The robust model with a chrome steel grill plate is ideal for the catering industry, whether its for hotels, cafeterias, snack carts, bistros, bars, restaurants or catering events of any kind. Below the partly smooth, partly ribbed grill surface, there’s a roomy cabinet for pots, pans, and other kitchen gear, keeping them dust-free. You can open it via two hinged doors and have quick access to your work materials.

The large grill surface is perfect for quickly making sandwiches, burgers, French toast, tortillas, and other delicious snacks. The gas grill plate reaches temperatures from 50 - 300°C, which you can adjust precisely using a rotary dial. You start the griddle using electric ignition. The model also has a pilot light feature. The unit is factory-set for I3B/P(50) gas, which is ideal for many commercial kitchens. The package includes two sets of burner nozzles for converting the griddle to natural gas or LPG.

The grill’s height-adjustable feet ensure stability on rough or uneven ground. Safety features include a flame-backflow prevention, rounded edges, integrated extractor, and splash guard. The housing and doors of the cabinet are made of high-quality stainless steel. The material is not only tough but also highly hygienic – perfect for daily use in professional kitchens. Smooth surfaces ensure dirt doesn’t stick, making cleaning simple. Simply remove the grease tray for easy cleaning.
