Very practical and effective! I've been looking for a device like this for a long time! I have oyster bars and to quickly cut the lemons into 8 equal parts it's great!! The knives cut very well! On the other hand, I hope that it is possible to order another knife if it no longer cuts after a certain time rather than buying the entire equipment!! Otherwise I am very satisfied with the product
