The speed controller lets you set the blade speed between 1,100 and 2,800 rotations per minute. A special click lock on the bowl and the device keeps the appliance steady and prevents excessive movement during operation. The duty cycle is three minutes with a break of 10 minutes. If the operating time is exceeded, the device will shut itself off independently. If this happens, disconnect the food processor from the power supply for 10 minutes.
