Do you need a machine that is able to cope with the coffee consumption of your customers? Then the RCKM-20 filter coffee machine from Royal Catering is the right product for you. The 3 in 1 unit is suitable not only for the production of coffee, but also for the brewing and keeping of delicious teas or healthy herbal mixtures. The 16-liter coffee machine saves you a lot of time in the production of large quantities of coffee and provides your customers or employees with a perfect companion throughout the day.
The housing of the filter coffee machine is made of stainless steel, individual components such as covers, handles and drip tray are made of plastic. With power of 1500 W, your hot drinks can be heated quickly and the temperature can be optimally controlled thanks to the separate heating element. The double-walled housing also helps keep your coffee or tea hot over a long period of time.
With the pouring tap, the hot beverages can be filled directly into a cup therefore easily served. The non-drip tap always ensures a clean and drip-free pouring of the hot drink.
The integrated level indicator shows how many cups of coffee which are made with the water added. With a capacity of 16 litres, you can fill approximately 80 to 90 cups per brewing process, (depending on the size of the cup). As soon as the water tank is empty, the unit switches off automatically and in doing so guarantees maximum safety.
The drip tray at the foot of the filter coffee machine ensures a high hygiene practice and is also easy to clean. This collects over poured waste and can be easily removed and emptied. This practical device ensures that no time for cleaning is lost after as the surface of the coffee machine is always clean.

The device is very easy to use. It was used for a school commencement ceremony and served its purpose very well. Cleaning is also very easy.

The percolator I recently ordered didn't work at all. Doesn't heat the water enough for it to rise and pass through the coffee grounds. All the tricks were done and the acknowledgment button at the bottom was pressed and many times. The only thing that worked was a direct debit with a bank card when the product was paid for. I am very disappointed with the product, as is often the case with this model. This was our 4th boiler in 3 years and only one of the previous three is still in operation. These have a really short lifespan and even though we only use them about 12 times a year, they don't even work for two years. Lousy devices and we will demand a new product to replace the device we already paid for. And there's no point in answering that the fault lies with the user, when even a trained monkey can use them, except when they're already crap. One more note. Two of the three devices, like this last one, have been cracked on the side when we received it. That this is the kind of crap you sell.
