The description says that the blades are very sharp. In my opinion, they are blunt, is that how it should be? Are additional blades included, or are they just for replacement? Do I install two blades for harder spices such as: cinnamon stick, dried mushrooms? Do I need a larger amount to grind spices, or is the content of a 20g spice sachet enough?

Only 4 stars because it was delivered to Switzerland with an EU plug. Made in China, so the margin is probably too high. It's pretty loud, but does what it's supposed to.
