The RCG 60 double electric griddle from Royal Catering is a professional piece of cooking equipment designed for hotel restaurants, cafés, fast food restaurants and catering companies, as well as for private use. The included grill brush ensures first-class professional cleanliness.

The commercial gas griddle is 60 cm wide and is fitted with both a side and rear splash guard. This protects your grilled food not only from wind and heat loss, but also prevents it from falling down or grease from spattering your equipment. The 1.2 cm-thick and 59.5 x 40 cm grill plate is made of cast iron, which perfectly transfers the heat from the heating elements to your food. The smooth surface is very hygienic and prevents the electric flat top grill from warping due to heat.

The built-in, fully-automatic thermostat guarantees that the temperature you set is continuously conducted to your grilled foods. The left and right sides can be operated independently with a temperature from 50 to 300 °C. Thanks to the two powerful heating elements, each operating with 3,200 watts, the electric griddle grill reaches its operating temperature in no time. For safety, the overheat protection switches off the grill if the temperature gets too high.

The double electric grill is fitted with a removable grease collection tray, into which any excess drippings flow through a drain device. This drip tray can be easily removed and cleaned in the dishwasher. The countertop flat top grill is made of high-quality stainless steel, making it easy-to-clean. The device boasts remarkable stability thanks to its non-slip rubber feet.

The grill brush included in the set has a 9 cm-long brush head made up of three elongated spirals with bristles.
