the armchair has a very nice design, but the lower panels arrived scratched and there are dents in the wood on one of the armchairs!

The item is very good, of high quality, but I had to take it out of the cardboard box in which it came and notice that it was scratched and hit by the part of the wood and the footrest. I imagine it must have been due to transportation, the lack of protection of the item.
