I have been using the lounger for about a week, it looks great, so far everything is working very well. The lounger arrived within a few days. Everything is ok, I recommend both the shop and the lounger.

This bed is extremely durable. The steel used is 3-4mm thick. comfortable padding,. No leather care instructions? what type of cleaning product car and cannot be used? No parcel tracking by expondo, No updates from Expondo... that was a but frustrating at this price. It arrived in Romania after about a 1,5 week, properly packaged and on a large wooden pallet. No damage, so thats good. but the delivery happened at 7:00 a.m with a phone call at 06:00 a.m !? we had no idea the bed was about to be delivered. We love it, but it has 1 very major flaw: Too short, and too narrow. This bed would have been the perfect solution if it were 70-74cm wide, and at least 195cm long. Its frustrating to see 60cm width being an industry standard while the majority of our european customers tell us the bed feels very narrow and is often just too short. Luckily we have a basic foldable massage bed as a back-up (74x200cm) that allows for our wider and longer customers to feel comfortable, too. We considered buying 2 of these, but in hindsight we are glad we got just 1 instead. Physa, please make a wider and longer model. Also, please have your market research team understand that a large portion of your customers are not in the massage industry. We are a Tattoo&Piercing shop and these type of beds are simply the best and most comfortable options for our clients. Experience has shown that dedicated tattoo chairs are just made to look nice, but rather unstable, flimsy, uncomfortable, expensive and obviously designed by people who never had large tattoos themselves (8 hour sessions). thats why we, and many many shops use massage beds instead. If Physa would make a version of this bed at 74x200cm with the knee section bending just a bit more, we would instantly buy another 3 beds. Hope this feedback helps!
