Fast delivery (on a pallet) by a shipping company with a very friendly driver. Assembly was relatively easy. The base and chair were packed separately. A few screws had to be screwed in and that was it. Unfortunately, a small nut was missing in our case! It would of course be good to have a few screws as a spare. The chair is sturdy and very well made for the price. We only use it as a massage chair for foot or migraine massages. The adjustment is done manually, with the foot or by hand. It is a bit too narrow to be used as a lounger. It is a bit wobbly for heavy customers during strong massages, but that is not what it is intended for. There are certainly better ones for that, but they cost five times as much. We would buy it again any time.

Product made of very good quality materials. The solid construction makes the chair stable and guarantees safe work with the client. Excellent value for money. I recommend.
