Zirconia sanding belts - 760 x 20 mm - 80 graining

The available MSW-ZBELT-760-20-80 zirconia sanding belt 5 set for belt sanders has 80 graining, which is suited to working particularly rough irregularities that demand strong surface sanding and removal. Tough demands are fulfilled through the zirconia based sanding structure.

Zirconium oxide is known as an artificial diamond and is characterised through its particular stability. This gives the sanding belts their particular abrasion power, allowing for the initial removal of certain substances on pipes and other round materials. Sanding belts with a finer graining should then be selected for the following polishing process.

The sanding belts, with measurements of 760 x 20 mm are designed for professional use in the metal trade, particularly for the processing of stainless steel, aluminium and alloys. They can also be used with pipes and round shaped materials with a diameter of up to 180 mm. Steady and optimal sanding results as well as the sanding belts' long durability are ensured thanks to the used material. They can also be quickly and easily swapped.

The practical 5 pack is not only suited to MSW machines, but can also be used for fitting Metabo and Flex belt sanding machines as well as other machines on the market - provided they can accommodate the mentioned measurements.
