Wheel Balancing Machine
An imbalance in the wheel rims can prevent a car or motorcycle from running smoothly. The wheel balancing machine allows you to carefully examine the condition of the rim and quickly and precisely recognise any imbalances. On the basis of this data, you can correct even tiny irregularities yourself in order to rebalance the wheel. This automotive tool is a must-have in any garage for quickly and effectively detecting flaws in the rims in order to correct them.
The wheel balancing machine from MSW is universally applicable. It is equipped with the measurement functions Normal, Static, Alu 1, Alu 2, Alu 3 and the special function S. These enable you to precisely measure both steel and aluminium rims and balance them with adhesive weights on the inside and outside of the rim. Even unusually-shaped alloy rims can be balanced using these functions.
You can analyse the wheel via the digital control panel, where you can easily select all the functions and conditions of the machine. The gathered data is quickly processed and clearly displayed on the LED screen so that you can obtain precise and verifiable results.
To measure the wheel, simply attach it to the wheel shaft with the help of the quick-release nut. Once you've closed the protective cover you can set the wheel in motion. The machine takes about 4 to 7 seconds to measure the wheel at a speed of 189 rotations per minute. For comprehensive results, the braking behaviour of the wheel will also be recorded. Now you have all the data you need to balance the wheel.
The wheel balancing machine is designed for rims with a width of 38 to 508 mm and a diameter of 254 to 610 mm. You can mount wheels of all kinds. The rim centre hole diameter should not exceed or fall below 36 to 135 millimetres. The machine comes with four centring cones for securely attaching the wheel.
The machine measure with an accuracy of 5 grams. The balancing machine is equipped with an automatic self-calibrating program to guarantee continuously flawless measurement results.
