The professional tyre changer machine from MSW's professional tools collection
The mounting plate of the tyre machine has a self-centring 4-jaw system with additional plastic protective covers. The clamping jaws can secure rims with an external diameter of 11 to 18" and an internal diameter of 13 to 22" on the 54 x 54 cm mounting plate. The powerful bead breaker blade releases the tyre from the rim with an enormous force of 2,500 kg.
Place the fitting head between the tyre and the rim. Its shape increases the leverage placed on the tyre when the mounting plate is rotated with a torque of 1,100 Nm. You can control the clamping of the tyre and rotation of the mounting plate using foot pedals, allowing you to work with both hands free. Depending how you position the fitting head, you can use it to both release old tyres and install new ones. Then just inflate with the integrated compressed air filler and you're done!
Find balance with the precise wheel balancing machine from MSW
The wheel balancing machine with measurement functions Normal, Static, Alu 1, Alu 2, Alu 3 and the additional function S detects any imbalance of the mounted rim quickly and reliably. Whether on steel or aluminium rims, based on the collected data, which is displayed and analysed on an LED display with digital control panel, even the smallest irregularities can be compensated with adhesive weights on the inside and outside of the rim.
The wheel balancer is designed for wheels between 38 and 508 mm wide and with a maximum diameter of 254 to 610 mm. Fasten the rim with a rim centre hole diameter between 36 and 135 mm to the four centring cones. The measurement of the rim carried out at a rotational speed of 200 rpm only takes between 4 and 7 s and has an accuracy of ± 5 g. For consistently accurate measurement results, the automatic wheel balancer has an automatic self-calibration program.
