Sheet Metal Roller - 610 mm

Anywhere metal needs to be bent, whether for cylinders or pipes, the sheet metal roller MSW-SR610 is an essential helper for easily and directly obtaining the best metalworking results. The roller press is ideal for bending a variety of metals including steel, aluminium, copper or brass.

The sheet metal roller by MSW has three rollers made from particularly hard polished steel. By cranking the machine, you can pull and bend metal sheets and rods up to 0.8 mm thick. The rollers have grooves on the sides with diameters of 2.4, 3.2 and 4 mm for bending rods.

You can adjust the distance and angle between the rollers depending on the material thickness and the desired curvature. The maximum width of the metal sheet should not exceed 610 mm. The sheet metal roller is suited for forming curves, cylinders or tubes. You can also use the machine to straighten sheet metal if needed.

The sheet metal roller's sturdy cast-iron construction is ideal for metalworking. The upper roller can be loosened and removed with just a few motions, making maintenance a breeze and also making it easier to remove finished metal sheets. The device can be fixed to the work surface with screws for stability.
