The sheet metal brake MSW-PBR-1220 from MSW, your experts for professional hand tools, is a helpful tool for manually bending sheet metal. The sheet metal bender is useful not only for professional and industrial manufacturing, but also for private use, for example for building a house.

The high-quality sheet metal bender enables you to bend metal sheets up to a width of 1,228 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm. The maximum bending angle is 135°. The 16 bending segments in three different widths (103.5 mm, 76.2 mm, and 53 mm) can be removed individually from the upper beam as required and then pushed together as necessary for the respective workpiece. This guarantees you precise work when folding and bending.

In order to bend different thicknesses of metal, you will need to adjust the distance between the bending bar and the bending leg. The machine has adjustment screws for adjusting the settings with just a few motions. The matching hex wrench for loosening or tightening the screws is included in delivery.

The box and pan brake with a maximum opening width of 30 mm has two hand levers on the bending beam which are covered with non-slip rubber. Operation is not only very simple, but also extremely safe. The give the solid pan brake additional stability, you can mount the steel construction on a workbench or the floor using the four pre-drilled mounting holes measuring 9 mm in diameter.
