To change the oil filter, you need a precisely fitting tool, such as the variable oil filter wrench from MSW. The key can be adapted to the most common oil filters and used according to the various sizes and types. The oil filter wrench has three gripping arms that grip the oil filter and grip it securely. The greater the torque, the tighter the arms grip. This effectively prevents slipping while opening and tightening the oil filter. This prevents damage even when great force is applied. The wrench has 3/8" and 1/2" sockets so that you can use different ratchets for the oil filter tool. Alternatively, it can be tightened or loosened with a 21 mm (13/16") wrench.
