Whether in a workshop or for roadside assistance—the MSW-CA-117 engine stethoscope is an effective tester that detects noises effectively and quickly on engines and other vehicle parts. The easy to interpret test results allow the maintenance or repair of engine components such as valves, bearings or pistons as well as on the alternator, differential or body. The stethoscope optimally complements your motor adjustment tools from MSW!

The mechanical stethoscope will get your engine back on track

Six channels are available in one amplifier, which you can control individually. Six sensors, each consisting of a crocodile clamp and 4.8 m of cable, can be used to examine a wide variety of parts of the engine such as pistons or bearings and gearboxes. The electrically amplified acoustic signal is transmitted through the probe and provides clear results that you can use to repair or maintain vehicles.

For roadside assistance, the tester is an indispensable aid for quickly and reliably detecting engine damage, even on the road. The handy device comes in a suitcase for easy transportation. Universal applications in the diagnosis of engines, transmissions, catalysts, fuel injection nozzles, valves or coolers are invaluable, also in the workshop.
