The distances between the outer counter-rollers and the middle work roll, the centre of curvature, can be easily adjusted in five increments. This varies the bending radius of the pipe (outer diameter 38 mm). You can make an additional change in curvature by turning the middle roller downwards over the threaded rod.

The long hand crank gives this robust pipe bending tool optimal force transfer. As soon as you've placed the pipe between the three rollers, crank in one direction. If the workpiece does not yet have the desired curvature, simply readjust the hand press and crank back in the other direction. Repeat this process until you've reached the desired bend radius. This device can achieve a minimum radius of 66 cm and a maximum radius of 120 cm.
