The inflatable MSW-INFEXPROL-AKK-B expansion roller from MSW is the perfect burnishing machine attachment to sand, smooth and polish surfaces - especially bent surfaces, edges and corners. Through its innovative versatility, the roller is suited for use by professional craftsmen as well as DIY enthusiasts. Thanks to the varying air pressure, the expansion roller's pressure hardness can be individually adjusted during inflating.

The expansion roller can be effortlessly inflated with a commercial bicycle air pump or a pressurised air pistol with a fitting adaptor. The desired pressure hardness can therefore be quickly and simply set. The roller's high flexibility is also down to its workmanship, as the use of flexible rubber allows the expansion roller to optimally adapt to the working surface's form. It therefore offers a professional way of sanding, polishing and processing corners, edges and bent metal surfaces. The roller likewise effortlessly removes scratches, welding seams and signs of oxidation.

The inflatable MSW-INFEXPROL-AKK-B expansion roller is compatible with various sanding belts and sleeves, which can be quickly and easily attached to the roller and swapped. This includes sanding sleeves with zircon, ceramic grit, pyramid structure, Trizact™, 1FOR2-fleece, SC fleece, merino felt or the BRIGHTEX® brand. The sanding belts and sleeves ensure there is a secure connected to the roller during use, which optimally presses against the bands and sleeves during inflating. Another plus: The expansion roller absorbs any occurring vibrations which can occur during use through its flexible rubber roller - therefore allowing you to work more precisely.

The inflatable expansion roller from MSW can be used with all commercial power tools equipped with a 19 mm arbor shaft. Thanks to the hole inside of the cylinder, the roller can effortlessly be placed into a burnishing machine. The roller has a width of 100 mm, a diameter of 90 mm and can be professionally used with a powerful speed of up to 3,000 rpm.
