No more blunt drill bits with the MSW drill sharpener
Drilling hard and often wears away at the drill bit over time. To achieve the same results with a dull drill bit, more pressure is required, which causes the worn drill bit to deteriorate faster still. The compact drill sharpening machine provides a solution: You can effortlessly sharpen all common metal drill bits made of tool steel (HSS) back to their original sharpness. The machine, equipped with a wave bearing and a locking mechanism, offers high precision, stability, and user-friendliness.

Using the 18 interchangeable collets, you can effortlessly sharpen drill bits with a diameter of 3 - 20 mm. To do so, set the angle for the grinding tip between 95° and 140°. Thanks to the central size adjustment of the rotation speed to the material, the drill sharpener achieves optimal grinding results. The included 15 mm thick grinding wheel is coated with CBN, making it ideal for HSS steel. You can also use an SDC grinding wheel with a diameter of 78 mm to sharpen drill bits made from alloyed tungsten steel (not included). The 150 W drill bit grinder sharpens effectively at 4800 rpm, eliminating the need to buy new drill bits.
The combination of cast iron and galvanised steel endows the drill sharpener with great strength and longevity. The model is user-friendly and designed for daily use. Thanks to the compact design and a practical handle, you can transport the appliance effortlessly to the place of use.
