The MSW-DRAIN CLEAN 23E pipe cleaning machine consists of a drum with the pipe cleaning coil, a motor that rotates the spiral and a powerful spiral feed, which determines the direction of rotation of the spiral. It is ideally suited for craftsmen who specialize in plumbing and drainage systems, who need to clean/unblock sewer systems quickly and effectively. The MSW-DRAIN CLEAN 23E pipe cleaner leaves most of the dirt in the drum, which allows for a clean working.

The cleaning spiral is guided in the centre of the drum through the narrow and safe drum opening, which ensures that the spiral does not twist or kink when entering or exiting. The spiral is then passed through the spiral feed to equip it with a cleaning tool for its use.

Pipe cleaning machines with a drum have the advantage that the spiral, which is soiled by cleaning, is stored in the drum in the return. As a result, the environment in which the pipe cleaning is carried out remains significantly cleaner than in case of tube-shaped pipe cleaning machines. Especially in hospitals, hotels or other buildings, pipe cleaning is facilitated without excessive contamination.

The motor rotates the pipe cleaning spiral in two directions, clockwise or counter clockwise, producing a powerful electric drive of 390 W. The direction of rotation is set with a switch on the motor via a lever on the spiral feed, it is then determined whether the spiral is fed in or extended. To ensure safe operation even in wet environments, the spiral is extended or retracted with an air-operated foot switch without electrical contact.

The pipe cleaning spiral is 23 m long and has a diameter of 12.7 mm. This makes it particularly suitable for pipes with a diameter of 25 to 125 mm. Thanks to the robust and durable material; the spiral can be used without problems even in wet environments. Their careful processing ensures that they do not twist or kink even with frequent use. It can be cleaned without any chemical additives or detergents.

The supplied cleaning tools can be quickly and easily attached to the end of the spiral by means of a T-slot coupling and ensure a flexible use of the device. With the tool change key, the tool is simply and quickly released from the spiral after its use and can then be replaced by a new tool. The ball-head drill breaks open obstructions and obstructions and removes them from the pipe. Flat drill removes grease and other liquid substances. The double blade drill removes chemical deposits and other encrusted material from the pipe. Residues at the edge of the pipe are removed with the fork cutting head, which grips them and turns them out.

The pipe cleaning machine has two solid rubber wheels with which it can be transported comfortably to the place of use. The large wheels also facilitate the overcoming of stairs or similar obstacles. If required, the device can be easily lifted with a handle. Once the pipe cleaning machine is brought into the correct position, it is securely placed on four non-slip pads, which are mounted on the bottom of the frame. There is a tool holder for the cleaning tools, which can be safely stowed without falling out during operation.

Since working in wet environments and damp pipes is a risk of short circuit, the pipe cleaning machine has a GFCI fuse. It can be tested directly on the cable before each use to ensure it works properly and protects against electrical shock. For this purpose the cable is equipped with an on / off switch as well as a test and reset button. After working, the drum of the pipe cleaning machine can be exchanged or changed quickly and easily. The interior of the drum can be reached directly through two cut-outs in the housing and is easy to clean.
