I made a hole 160 mm in through a concrete fondant of 375 mm where some very large and very hard granite stones were embedded, it took me some time to get through but there was no wear to see on the diameter only the paint had worn off.

In the past I have made hundreds of holes with the core drill. I purchased the crown with a diameter of 160 mm and made 3 holes in a wall with concrete blocks, I had truly unexpected results considering the purchase price. Nothing to envy of renowned brands, truly an excellent product.
