Fast reception, the carrier in my region MTM called me to find out my availability, packed in an imposing plywood box with sheet metal angles in all exterior corners blocked by folded tabs so that it is not easy to undo the packaging but which protects it quite well, in addition the nail puller is fixed by two Parker screws which avoids any accident. I will put only one downside regarding the tracking of the shipment by the carrier MyRaben, tracking absolutely not up to date and difficult to access, only the seller gave me the right information on simple request and quickly. As for the device, it is not a toy but a real professional tool, once the wheels and the handle are mounted, there is only one thing left to do: try it! A red orange box is attached to the top of the device for consumables and accessories which is very practical, the compartments on the trolley are very useful, too bad there is not a rubber mat on their bottom. On the top where in the photo the electrodes rest on the blue support which surrounds the red orange box of accessories and consumables there should be either a support or even a protection to prevent the electrodes from damaging the paint in the long run, that would be a shame. nail puller is not bad, plus I'm quite a stickler; a full protection house and made in truck tarpaulin style to avoid dust in the long run. The storage of the inertia hammers on the sides is well thought out, but be careful when putting them so as not to damage the blue paint. I installed them so that when moving the nail puller they could not hit the side sheets (photo) which would cause damage to the paint in the long run, I I will mount plastic supports to hold the rods of the slide hammers. On the other hand, on the welding gun there is a light gray wire ("this last one must be the button wire") which is very annoying during use. I removed it from the sleeve so that now it is not more annoying for the hand (photo) which makes using the gun much more pleasant by avoiding it getting caught. The digital selection and adjustment table is well designed and very practical. The time to pull a 400 V line -2 phases + earth with a 400v 63 A circuit breaker with 6mm² wires recommended with an industrial type female wall socket! The nail puller now has a male industrial socket, namely it is not cheap. I tried the latter at a friend's house with enough amperage at 400v, it requires 50A per phase. I did the nail puller with the triangle in the right position automatically, excellent once pulled (either by tapping with the bat around with permanent traction which has the effect of raising the sheet without leaving a trace if well done or quite simply by blow with the inertia hammer, by turning the triangle separates itself from the sheet without any worries, to pull harder just change the welding time 2 in total) which has the effect of welding stronger! I tried the spot welding function just by pressing for a roof, excellent in addition by using a product against corrosion compatible with the welding! For the corrugated wire excellent again, the claw for the traction of the latter works wonderfully! I tried carbon electrodes to shrink the sheet metal, again perfect. I haven't mastered the latter yet, which is why I'm staying on automatic, when I master it I'll see how to modify the voltage and duration to see its possibilities. Currently I am extremely satisfied, the ground cable is impressive given its section; normal 5000 A!!! This device is delivered with two inertia hammers, one with a black handle which does not connect to the gun unlike in the photo, the latter is used to pull with the hook on the washers, with the claw which screws onto it and for the suction cup. The second is mounted on the gun to weld triangles, screws, nuts, even rivets with a special tip which is found on other professional machines as long as their Ø is 10 mm. Please note that the red button on the device between the two cables on the chrome trim and an emergency button for welding in case the gun button fails. I would like to congratulate the customer service in particular "Tena Srdelic (expondo GmbH)" who was always there for me and always answered all my requests and questions while being courteous, something rare these days. I will come back later with photos on the use of this device in bodywork, I do not regret my purchase on the contrary and did not expect to have a professional type device with an imposing and reassuring appearance from a manufacturing point of view making me rethought the Cémac time clock which we had in 70% of bodywork establishments. Do you want it? If you have three-phase or can have it; go for it, you won't be disappointed, it's a professional tool.
