DEF Pump - counter - hoses - 35 - 45 L/min
Diesel exhaust fluid reduces the amount of nitric oxide emitted by diesel engines. But how do you get it into the fuel tank? That's what the diesel exhaust fluid pump MSW-AOP40S is for. It enables you to reliably and quickly provide your customers at your garage, filling station or vehicle pool with the urea-water solution. Alternatively, the pump can also be used for urea, urea solutions like DEF or Sus 32, alcohol, ethanol, ammonia, water or windshield wiper fluid.
The DEF pump is equipped with two hoses and a pump nozzle for controlling the pump flow. The outlet hose has an intermediary digital counter which informs you of how much liquid has been pumped out. The pump is mounted on a stainless steel frame with a bracket for IBC and TOTE tanks.
The self-priming pump can also be used when positioned above the container from which the fluid is being drained, thanks to the membrane pump's suction power of 3 metres. The built-in pressure switch starts and stops automatically as soon as a valve is opened, which makes it especially easy to use.
The chemical pump has a high flow rate of 35 - 45 litres per minute at 5 bar of pressure, which enables you to reliably drain and fill the auxiliary tank in cars, lorries or other vehicles with diesel exhaust fluid at operating temperatures between -20 and +40 °C.
In addition to diesel exhaust fluid, the pump can also be used for other fluids such as urea solutions (DEF or Sus 32), alcohol, ethanol, ammonia, windshield fluid, and other non-flammable substances. The urea pump is designed to be extremely long-lasting and will not be damaged if it runs dry.
