It was very heavy and cumbersome and not easy to get the device into the basement, but it removes a lot of moisture quickly, which is the most important thing. Of course, you have to reckon with fairly high electricity costs.

Although the product had an operational issue the service from Expondo was superb. Very responsive, very helpful and a new machine was dispatched within a few days and is now purring away doing its job. We are happy with the performance and are ordering two more machines.
