The angle of the saw blade clamp is adjustable, and it is designed for various grinding angles. You can even adjust the angle of the saw blade grinding wheel. The circular saw blade sharpener MSW-CBS-250 is suited for sharpening various types of saw blades from size 80 mm to 700 mm. It comes with four adapters for saw blades with diameters of 20 mm, 22 mm, 25 mm and 30 mm. You can also use the 125 mm diamond grinding wheel to grind things other than saw blades, including materials like plastic, wood or aluminium alloys, which pose no problems for the sharpening machine. This means that you can also use the sharpener for other purposes, such as making furniture or decorating objects.
The circular saw blade sharpener MSW-CBS-250 has a number of settings options. The swivel-mounted motor unit can be adjusted from -20° to +20° and the swivelling saw blade holder enables you to grind a wide range of saw blade tooth configurations. The angle of the saw blade clamp can be adjusted between -35° and +45°, providing for varying grinding angles. The sliding block can be moved forward and backward.
The four non-slip rubber feet keep the saw blade sharpening machine stable on the work surface during use while also protecting the surface from scratches. The rubber feet also absorb the resulting vibrations, ensuring an especially quiet and precise grinding process.
The sturdy powder-coated steel housing guarantees long-lasting resilience and durability even after years of use. The housing also protects the motor from outside factors, protecting it from the workpiece being sharpened, scraps from the grinding process, and sparks.
The grinding wheel is equipped with a protective hood, preventing the resulting sparks from either damaging the grinding wheel or injuring the operator. Even the KJD magnet switch for switching the machine on and off has a dustproof protective cover. The no-voltage release trips off the switch in the event of a power interruption, such as a power outage, and can only be restarted by hand. This prevents the machine from unexpectedly turning itself back on without being controlled by the user.
