Product Description

Bead Roller - 440 mm

The bead roller enables you to easily and directly work sheet metal. Special dies help you to pull grooves or flanges. In addition, the cutting dies enable you to easily trim sheet metal.
The bead roller is perfectly designed for shaping different types of metal sheets. The device has enough pressing power to work or even sever steel sheets with a thickness of 1.21 mm and aluminium sheets with a thickness of 1.8 mm. For use in a workshop or on a construction site, the device can be easily mounted in a vice.
The bead roller is operated mechanically with a hand crank which turns two rollers which are positioned 50 mm apart and form a gap with a width of 440 mm. Dies are mounted on the ends of the rollers which press various forms into the sheet metal. Turning the crank pulls the sheet into the device.
The device's sturdy construction from cast iron and steel sets it apart and offers enough stability to forcefully press grooves into the sheet. The bead roller is equipped with three pairs of dies for forming different-width grooves and flanges in metal. The device also comes with a die set for cutting sheet metal.

Device does what it's supposed to do

The machine is robust, the machine could also "bead" even thicker sheet metal, but the machine body has to be reinforced for this. Absolutely recommended for the price. The screws should be replaced, just as a precaution.
