The device moves and welds the plastic films safely in one pass and with an unlimited weld seam. A conveyor belt enables smooth transport. The device is designed to be flexible and can be used in various industries - whether it's for sealing food, seeds or pharmaceutical products.

With the heat sealer you can seal film pouches made of various materials, e. g. B. PP, PE, PV, OPP or PS. Hang the foils vertically. This makes the continuous sealing machine particularly suitable for packaging liquid products or powders. It can also safely seal electronic, chemical and medical products and articles for everyday use.

The bag sealing machine has a robust and durable conveyor belt. It runs quite smoothly and moves goods weighing up to 3 kg through the sealing device. This produces a firm, 6-12 mm wide weld seam. The machine is easy to operate with 2 dials and 3 buttons: ON/OFF, fan, sealing. Use the handy rotary controls to set the desired sealing speed of 0-12 m/min and the temperature of 0-300 °C. All settings are clearly visible on the front of the unit. In addition, you can adapt the unit to your needs. You can change the height of the conveyor belt and the sealing device via easy-grip clamping screws. You can also adjust the pressure to the thickness of the bag to be sealed.
