Robust gripping tines ensure a firm hold
Position the 2 clamping pins on the timber grab around the trunk or at its ends. The maximum jaw opening is 28" (71.12 cm). The 2 chain links allow secure attachment of the forestry tongs to your front loader or other heavy machinery. When lifted, the attached tongs tighten automatically, driving the spikes deeper into the wood and bark. The wood hangs securely in the tongs and is thus made ready for transport.
The timber gripper is made of carbon steel. All component materials are exceptionally hard and robust.
