A helpful device when working in the garden
Very nice product. I rarely post comments but here I want to emphasize what I mean by "rare" seller: a seller who does not drive us crazy until we break down when we submit a small problem to him on a receipt of product (perhaps our fault anyway??); simple, effective, fast treatment, I am still amazed. Well done! Just a small downside on this reel: a little sparse instructions for those who don't know how it works. Otherwise impeccable, ideal for watering my garden subject to the filth of the South...

Does the device have a stop function or is the hose under tension the entire time?
Yes, the hose reel has a stop mechanism. When unwinding the hose, the reel's ratcheting locking mechanism engages two to three times per meter.
Is it possible to move the water hose reel once it has been mounted on the wall?
Yes, the hose reel can be flexibly rotated 180°.
