It will certainly be an excellent product, I personally purchased it for its thickness, this is important to allow you to do any exercise without using additional supports which are often necessary to carry out some exercises especially when there are some fragilities.

The mat is nice and thick, quite stable and can be folded into 3 parts and stored well in a corner. It is very light. I wouldn't want to be without them for any core or Pilates training.
