The high-performance vacuum drying oven from Goldbrunn facilitates efficient and gentle drying of heat- and oxygen-sensitive materials. With an interior volume of 50 litres and a freely-positionable aluminium insert, you can quickly dry various kinds of lab devices, objects and materials without condensation. Operating times are significantly shortened by the 1,450 watt drying oven's rapid heating and even temperature distribution. The housing has a special coating to consistently maintain the temperature and the generated vacuum.
You can use the vacuum oven to carry out drying processes in a temperature range between 20 °C and 250 °C. You can adjust the settings using a PID controller with an accuracy of 0.1 °C. The current operating temperature – likewise accurate to within 0.1 °C – is shown on the LED display with backlighting.
The vacuum drying oven creates a pressure of 133 Pa (0.00133 bar) and guarantees the highest level of protection thanks to its specialised construction from double-glazed 15 mm safety glass. The integrated overheat control and analogue manometer for monitoring pressure offer additional safety. The inspection window also enables you to conveniently monitor the drying process.
The drying oven is designed to be very easy to care for, so you can get it ready for use again quickly after the drying process is complete. The interior has rounded corners and is made of high-quality stainless steel, making this vacuum drying oven easy, fast and reliable to clean. Even the coating can be easily removed and cleaned if needed.
