The compact stand mixer with blender and meat grinder from Bredeco is an especially powerful and robust multifunctional wonder. The device can be used for stirring, beating and kneading, as well as for chopping, blending and mixing all kinds of ingredients. In addition to the classic mixing bowl with whisk, dough hook and flat beater attachments, the stand mixer also has a powerful blender and a meat grinder, thus combining three important kitchen appliances in one.
The stand mixer unites a variety of practical functions in a single device: The mixer itself can be used for kneading, mixing or beating various ingredients. The blender is ideal for making shakes, smoothies, cocktails or sauces, while the meat grinder enables you to make freshly-minced meat, homemade sausage or delicious pasta with little effort.
Thanks to the 1,200 watts of power and six speeds, this kitchen machine is a compact powerhouse that makes short work of even the toughest ingredients and tasks. The orbital stirring system helps by ensuring that the dough hook or whisk moves along the edge of the bowl as well as rotating on its axis. The opposing motion reliably pushes all ingredients to the centre of the bowl, leaving none stuck to the sides, helping to create a homogenous mixture. The blender has a pulse function, a quick burst of energy for breaking up particularly hard foods or for loosening ingredients stuck to the blades.
The multifunctional stand mixer is highly durable and suited for many years of use, thanks to its solid and sturdy construction and shatterproof and high-quality materials. The kitchen machine is also very easy to clean, another point in its favour. The easy-to-use release mechanism makes it a breeze to remove the containers and accessories in order to wash or replace them.
The mixer is very easy to use in every respect. You can select the speed depending on the recipe. An additional opening in the lid provides a neat and simple way to add additional ingredients. The blender's lid also has a similar opening for adding food while blending.
In spite of its compact dimensions, the stand mixer has a generous capacity. The blender jar can hold 1.5 litres, while the mixing bowl holds 5 litres. For home needs - completely satisfactory

It looks very good. The first banana-strawberry cocktail and the first bread dough have already been made. Both the mixer and the blender are flawless so far; I haven't had time to test the meat grinder yet. Solid construction, apart from the plastic blender cap and a very thin bowl for mincing meat. When additional components (blender/grinder) are in operation, the mixer works together with them. The power cord could also be slightly longer (here approx. 1 m). A plus is solid suction cups that stabilize the device. To sum up - I am satisfied with the purchase!
