So we're thrilled. The Lumia incubator works very reliably and relatively quietly. The temperature and humidity are correct, we measured this with another high-quality thermo/hygrometer. Please do not be confused when measuring yourself; Depending on where a thermometer is located, for example at the bottom of the incubator, the temperature will vary slightly, but this is normal. The preset 37.7 degrees is correct and intended by the manufacturer, so don't worry! The Lumia 16 really works correctly! Of the original 10 eggs, 7 were fertilized and 7 chicks hatched in this incubator, so a 100% hatch rate! Craziness. We documented everything with photos and videos. We can really recommend him! Another piece of advice to everyone: Please stay away from the cheap Asian incubators, we speak from experience! Especially the ones where there are several white rollers inside that rotate and where the eggs are placed on or where small spray bottles are included. Just stay away from it. :( You're saving at the wrong end. It's better to spend a little more money and be happy about healthy chicks! :)

The incubator from the agricultural supplies has a robust plastic housing made of ABS with antibacterial silver ions (Biomaster), in which you can keep up to 16 hens' eggs or 64 quail eggs. The right setting for all kinds of poultry in the fully automatic incubator
Temperature control is the most important part of the incubation process. You can use the control panel with LED display to set the temperature in a range of 30-40 °C in the incubator chickens to within one decimal place. Thanks to PID control, the set value is kept constant even if the ambient temperature in the incubator changes, ensuring good embryo development with a higher hatching rate. The interior ventilation is implemented by a low-noise fan that draws in the air from below and then conveys it to the side walls. Thanks to the aerodynamic design, an even temperature and moisture distribution inside the incubator is guaranteed.
The chicken incubator ensures fully automatic turning of the incubated eggs during the entire incubation phase via a specific microprocessor. In the process, the temporal distances and degrees of inclination are continuously changed and always varied in a different way - exactly as it happens in nature during brooding in the nest.
Since this unit is constantly in contact with water during the incubation process, a lot of emphasis was placed on safety. The incubator has an IPX4 protection class. There are two small openings in the housing through which you can easily and safely refill water with the included dispenser without having to remove the cover. These accesses have closures made of plastic (ABS) that contain antibacterial silver ions and thus prevent contamination of the water from germs and dust.
Thanks to the space-saving, vertical arrangement of the eggs and the transparent cover, which make it unnecessary to open the incubator for inspection, this model works particularly efficiently. With an output of 60 W, energy consumption and the associated costs remain permanently low.
