Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in relation to online purchases, as outlined below:
If you conclude a contract as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from it within the statutory withdrawal period without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter sent by post, by telephone, by email, or conveniently via our Return Portal), using one of the following options:

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, most economical delivery option we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Returns must be made exclusively via our Return Portal. Registering the return is straightforward – each step is clearly explained in the portal. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Once the goods have been received, they will be inspected by us and the refund processed accordingly.
Defective goods may also be returned, provided that the defect was not caused by improper use or inadequate packaging during return shipment. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following legally regulated cases (see § 312g BGB): for contracts for the delivery of goods (i) which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; and (ii) which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
We have decided to also grant our professional customers a cancellation period. The same rules apply as outlined in the right of withdrawal for consumers.
