Factory second Quail Plucker - 1 quail/min

The high-quality poultry plucker manages to pluck a quail in just one minute. This allows you to reach an enormous number of quails in just a few minutes in commercial operations. All of this is made possible by the 150 W motor which effectively accelerates the food-safe stainless steel drum. The 113 grooved and specially arranged rubber plucking fingers inside the drum ensure optimum results and are gentle on the skin of the animals.

In addition to the feathers, the rubber fingers of the defeathering foot also remove impurities from the poultry's skin. The plucked feathers are transported out of the device via the large ejection chute using a water hose, where they can be collected in a container. The plucking machine can be used for different types of poultry, such as duck, goose, turkey or pigeon. It is not the species of animal that is decisive for use, but the size of the animal (≥ 1 kg).

The quail plucking machine is made almost entirely of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and its durability makes it a real asset for all farmers, quail breeding farms, or even hobby breeders. For optimal plucking results, we recommend preparing the quails in a scalding machine beforehand, which makes the feathers detach from the skin even more effectively.
