Product Description

For the sweetest harvest: your complete beekeeping starter kit for bees

Complete your hive with this comprehensive beekeeping starter kit from Wiesenfield! 37 parts are included in the delivery. Whether you are an experienced beekeeper or new to it - this kit offers you the most important tools for gently handling bees.

The following products are included in the bee hive starter kit:

  • Smoker: the smoker is an indispensable tool that makes it easier for you to see through the hive.
  • Honey sieve: free your honey harvest from wax particles, wood splinters from the frame or parts of dead bees.
  • Frame holder: it takes the frames off your hands and acts as an extra helping hand when working on the hive.
  • Stick chisel with hook: with the flattened side of the stick chisel you can gently scrape wax and propolis residues from the surfaces of your hive. Or you can loosen stuck frames by using the lever action and lift them slightly for visual inspection.
  • Stick chisel with nail puller: whether it's for scraping, loosening, levering, scraping or pulling nails - the stick chisel is your tool for everything.
  • Stick chisel with wide scraper: with a length of 235 mm, the tool sits well in your hand and is easy to store.
  • Uncapping tool; use the uncapping tool to effortlessly uncover deeper combs.
  • Honey knife: The smooth blade is sharpened on both sides. With the double blade, you can use the knife extremely flexibly for uncapping.
  • Uncapping fork: The compact honey scraper safely separates the wax from the comb with its fork. The combination of scraper and fork complements each other perfectly and ensures reliable work uncapping combs.
  • Honey solvent: Before extracting the honey by centrifuging, uncap the combs with the honey solvent. This works with gentle needles made of plastic and the roller divided into individual, movable segments.
  • Honeycomb pliers: with the practical pliers you can grip the frame firmly and securely. You can pull out the honeycomb frame and prepare it for spinning.
  • Bee broom: carefully brush the bees from the combs and then extract the valuable honey by spinning.
  • Queen marker: Position and mark your queen bees effortlessly.
  • Portable bee feeder: feed your brood flexibly and conveniently. The design allows you to feed or refill when the hive is not open.
  • 2 relocating tools: once the larva has hatched, transfer it from the queen cell to a queen cup. The relocating tool offers you two different heads for this task.
  • Barrier grid: with the grid you can separate the brood chamber from the honey chamber so that the queen does not lay eggs in honeycombs.
  • 10 insect traps for the small hive beetle: with the insect trap you can immediately detect if your bee colony is infested with this parasite. Simply fill the practical beetle trap with mineral oil or something similar and hang it on a frame.
  • 10 queen catchers: With the clips you can gently collect your queen bee from the comb. You can easily open and close the clip with one hand.
