Choose the right welding process for any metal work, with the digital combi welder TRON 200 R-V. With MIG/MAG, TIG, E-hand or FCAW welding, you join metals together efficiently and safely. You choose the method and switch quickly between methods thanks to powerful IGBT inverters. The result: virtually flawless, high-quality welds!
MIG/MAG -fast, effective and universally-applicable
In MIG/MAG welding, gases protect the weld seam - inert gases in MIG, active gases in MAG. With the method you weld quickly and efficiently. The wire feed has a speed of 2 to 11.5 m/min and is designed for wires with a diameter of 0.8 to 1 mm.
Thanks to the synergy function, you can optimally coordinate all parameters for MIG/MAG welding. Select the welding current between 50 and 200 A and the welder sets the remaining parameters such as welding voltage and wire speed automatically.
TIG - Metal welding with narrow welding zone and little rework
The TIG welding process of the TRON 200 R-V uses Liftarc ignition to activate the arc. The advantage: sensitive electronic devices in the vicinity, such as mobile phones, computers or control systems, are neither influenced nor disturbed. Tungsten inclusions and ignition problems? With the process, this is no longer a problem - even with long hose packages.
TIG welding is suitable for most metals from 1 mm thickness. You weld with few sparks and splashes and from all positions. The result: qualitative, pure weld seams and hardly any deformation. A TIG Liftarc torch is not included in the scope of delivery.
Outdoor welding with E-Hand or FCAW
You weld outdoors and in strong winds? Then choose electric manual metal arc welding (MMA). You do not need any additional gas for the method. The welder delivers a very stable current - ideal for good welding results. The Arc Force and Hot Start functions start automatically and enable convenient welding.
With FCAW welding, you create weld seams with the help of a flux cored wire - without additional gas. This makes the method very handy - perfect for minor outdoor repairs. For this you use extra welding nozzles, which you use with the MIG welding torch.
Especially convenient: You set all parameters via the clearly arranged control panel. The rotary knob and the buttons for selecting functions are easy to reach - even with welding gloves. Thanks to intuitive menu navigation, you can effortlessly set your welding parameters. You can see all the selected values on two clearly arranged LED displays.

Today I received a nice surprise: a multi-process welding machine that I ordered from Expondo! I have to say that Expondo was very fast and professional in delivery. I placed the order on Monday and today, Friday, I already have the machine at my house. Also, the price was very affordable and the quality seems great. 👌 Now I can't wait to put my new machine to the test and make some metal works of art. I would also like to meet other welders in my area, since I live in a small town in Italy where there aren't many 😅
