Of course it is exciting to buy a 2nd chance product, where is the damage or defect, after all it is not a new product. But this time it was also okay there was a dent in the tube where one of the arm supports has to be, we did not experience any inconvenience from this. The assembly went well thanks to the download via the QR code. It is a nice rollator that I have already enjoyed a lot.
