The infrared thermometer HACCP with additional platinum sensor
With the HACCP infrared thermometer, you can measure the temperature on the surface just as reliably as a few centimetres below. Thanks to infrared technology, you can scan the surface in no time at all, and with the platinum probe you can go deeper into the temperature. No matter which method you choose, you get accurate results in less than a second.
Via an app, you can reconcile the measured data and immediately see whether the food complies with the HACCP food safety guidelines. To do this, the device is connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth. In addition, an LED indicator is integrated on the unit to provide information about the temperature and HACCP compliance. Thus, you always have all measurement results safely in view and can react accordingly.
If you measure by infrared, a measuring range of -40 to 300 °C is available. The platinum probe, which is characterised by first-class conductivity, records temperatures from -40 to 250 °C. The measuring device convinces with an accuracy of ±0.6 ℃ / ±1.1 ℉ and a resolution of 0.1 ℃/℉. All values can be read quickly and reliably on the generously designed LCD display. For energy-saving operation, the food measuring device is equipped with an automatic switch-off function. A powerful rechargeable battery supplies the unit with power, which is recharged via a mains unit if required.
