Product Description

Welding set consisting of ALU welding machine, welding helmet and welding magnets

Whether aluminium, steel, stainless steel or copper, you always use the multi-talent with alternating current (AC) as well as direct current (DC) at a welding thickness of 0.5 - 5 mm optimally as required by your workpiece. The selection of all welding parameters and the welding current up to 200 A is very easy on the clearly arranged control panel with LCD display. With just a few buttons and a rotary control, you can regulate all values effortlessly. This is how you achieve precise welding results that are worth seeing! For your safety, you will find the indestructible and colourfast Colour Glass Y-100 welding helmet in the set. In addition, you can weld workpieces together precisely at different angles with the two welding magnets.

Make the TIG AC DC welder big with the pulse function!

The modern IGBT inverter allows you to quickly switch between the welding methods TIG DC, TIG AC and E-Hand. With up to 200 A, you can weld most metals effortlessly - no matter what the conditions. Use the pulse function for optimum welding results. Select numerous parameters for the pulse function, such as initial, basic or final current, and adjust them optimally to the workpiece using the control panel. With the ergonomically shaped welding torch, you can work from various positions, whether vertical, horizontal or overhead. In the process, you achieve high quality welds with less sparks or spatter.

The modern IGBT inverter allows you to easily change all parameters, be it switching from AC to DC or selecting 2-stroke or 4-stroke operation. You want to weld outdoors even in strong winds? Then use the electric hand welding method. With a stable current of up to 200 A, you can achieve very good welding results on a wide range of metals with a thickness of 1 to 6 mm, such as steel, iron, cast iron, nickel or copper. Best results are achieved by using the Hot Start and Arc-Force functions.

Two strong partners: The Colour Glass Y-100 welding helmet and the welding brackets with an adhesive force of 15 kg each.

Get excellent optical properties, a very fast reaction speed as well as a light weight and put on the welding helmet Colour Glass Y-100 when welding! The automatic welding helmet offers you an adjustable light protection bandwidth of DIN 4 / 5 - 9 / 9 - 13. With the help of a self-test, you can optimally adjust the light protection to your needs. With a field of view of 100 x 80 mm, you always keep all the essential details in view. The extremely light welding helmet made of synthetic material weighs only 0.6 kg, so that you can wear it effortlessly even during long work sessions. The TECAMID 66 material blend of polyamide 66 and PC used is characterised by good stiffness, hardness, high abrasion resistance and thermal dimensional stability.

The Stamos Welding Group's welding angles have been specially designed for use on metal elements and ensure a strong magnetic connection between the individual workpieces. The arrow-shaped design of the welding magnets makes it possible to use them in different positions and multifunctionally. The welding magnets can be variably positioned on the outer edges and produce angles of 30, 45, 60 and 90°. Due to the high adhesive force of up to 15 kg, the magnetic bracket is ideal as a link between heavy metal components. Due to the indentations in the frame, both welding magnets can be used in parallel, which increases the adhesive force for heavier workpieces. This way, you always have both hands free for your metalwork, so that you can act carefully.
