Product Description

Set of 3: Rutile-cellulose coated electrode rods with excellent welding properties

Are you looking for universally applicable welding rods? With the rutile-cellulose coated welding electrodes from Stamos Welding Group, you can effectively weld pipelines, pressure vessels, and car bodies. Moreover, when used with steels in shipbuilding or general manufacturing, the carbon-manganese electrodes exhibit excellent properties with uniformly rippled weld seams. The rod electrodes measure Ø 2 x 300 mm and are available in pack sizes of 3 x 5 kg.

Choose welding rods suitable for all types of current

With the welding electrodes, you create a very stable arc with minimal spatter during welding. Any slag that arises can be cleaned away effortlessly. You can use the welding electrode in every welding position, whether for fillet welds or overhead positions. The welding material from the rutile-cellulose coated welding rods is notable for its radiographic quality. It is preferable to use the universal current electrode on the negative pole, but you can also use it on the positive pole with the direct current (DC). Alternatively, you can also weld with an alternating current (AC) without any problems.
