There is a warning on the lid not to close it at high temperatures. Unfortunately, it is not stated anywhere to what temperature it can be used. I was in the woods with a pan that would not open. Lukewarm soup is not an option. I would like to know what the maximum temperature is, so that the pan does not create a vacuum. Furthermore, a compliment about the material and the workmanship. Super happy with it.
